The villa has an area of 240 m². On the ground floor, you will have a large living room - dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a terrace, a covered outdoor lounge and a garage.
On the first floor, 6 beds are provided divided into 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and have access to a balcony. The first floor also hosts a bathroom.
The second floor is reserved for the large double bedroom with private bathroom and access to 2 balconies. The pavilion is surrounded by a small private garden overlooking the lush communal garden.
